She was predeceased by: her parents, A. C. Goodman and Mary Bullington Goodman; and her siblings, William R. Goodman, Earl Goodman and Gladys Goodman Lewis.
She is survived by: her child Charlie D. Walls; her husband Hollis Shepard; and her children, Don Walls (Jenny Lynn) of Tazewell, Chris Walls of Cordele and Nedra Scarborough (Gerald) of Cordele. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
