He is survived by: his wife Rita Smith of Cordele; his daughters, Jessica Smith Carmichael (Dakota) of Covington and Erica Renee York (Sam) of Albany; his sisters, Sandra Parham (Louie) of Vienna and Shirley Jean Crisp of Cordele; his granddaughter Everlee York; and his nieces and nephews, Little Louie Parham, Bryce Nipper, Brandy Nipper and Baily Edmondson.
