He was predeceased by: his wife Michelle Phelps. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Greene Phelps Sr. and Fannie Mae Phelps; his children, Kalea (Phelps), Urquhart (Keon Urquhart), Kaywren Phelps, Karisa Phelps and K'Run Phelps; his grandchildren, Reagan, Ryan and Kai; and his siblings, Thomas G. Phelps Jr. and Stephanie Phelps. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bentley Carson Funeral Chapel.
