He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Edward Collins, Sr. and Dolly Moss Collins; his stepmother Berta Yates; and his brother Beverly Fulcher. He is survived by: his close friend Betty Holland of Cordele, GA; his son Steven; his daughter-in-law Christy Collins of Franklin, TN; his daughter Anna Kerley of Pell City, AL; his stepdaughter Beverly Miller; his sisters, Jerri (James Rigdon) and Cindy Paxton; his grandchildren, Christopher (Halley Collins), Zachary Collins, Joshua Collins, Drew (Danielle Kerley), Emily (Josh Wells), Dillon Kerley and Loni Kerley; and his great grandchildren, Colter Collins, Lilli Kerley, Maddie Kerley, Graham Kerley, Claire Wells and Grant Wells.
