He is survived by: his children, Joseph Harold Dorminey of Leesburg, Rhonda Holt (Kenny) of Cordele and Tracy Lynn Butterworth of Cordele; his sisters, Peggy Cranford of Pineview and Diann Radford (Al) of Vienna; his grandchildren, Heather Holt, Jensen Holt, Nicholas Butterworth, Ryan Holt (Anna), Cory Butterworth and Conner Butterworth; and his great grandchildren, Josie Holt, Rylee Gable, Paisley Vines, Addlyn Butterworth and Mary Ellen Butterworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
