He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Floyd, Sr. and Eunice Popham Floyd; and his sisters, Betty Inman and Rose Anne Raber. He is survived by: his wife Judy J. Floyd; his sons, Jason Floyd (Brigett) of Cordele and Trae Floyd of Cordele; his sister Mary Malphus of Beaufort, SC; his grandchildren, Jarrett Floyd of Cordele, Julian Floyd of Cordele, Beau Floyd of Cordele, Lola Grace Floyd of Cordele and John Wilson Floyd, IV of Cordele; and his siblings-in-law, Dianne Matthews and Morris Jones (Zelda) of Lagrange.
