He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clark Wingard and Mary Anne Harrison Wingard. He is survived by: his wife Elisha M. Wingard of Pitts; his children, Jennifer Logue (Drew) of Abbeville, Scotty Lee Gibbs (Megan) and Adam Gibbs of Pitts Ga; his brothers, Walt Wingard (Jo), Danny Wingard (Marilyn) and David Wingard (Amanda) of Americus; and his parents-in-law, Wesley and Laverne Barker of Woodland. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
