He is survived by: his wife Marcy Smith Burke; his children, Shannon Burke Bryan (Stacy) of Cordele, Chris Burke (Jennifer) of Arizona, Brian Burke of Albany and Trae Dorough of Cumming; and his grandchildren, Josh Bryan, Hannah Dorough and Bethany Dorough.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cordele. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Rainey Funeral Services (1415 E 24th Ave, Cordele, GA 31015). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens (Cordele, GA 31015).
