He is survived by: his wife Marie Smith Faulk; his children, Laura Johnson (Scott) and Perry Faulk (Kady); his grandsons, Obie Johnson and Kade Faulk; his siblings, Marilyn Griffin (Jay) and Shirley Minchew (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Leisa Christian (Rhyne) and David (Lisa).
