He is survived by: his parents, Jack Lawrence Windham, Sr. and Sandra Hyde Windham of Cordele; his girlfriend Erin Jackson of Cordele; his sons, Matthew Windham (Anna) of Waynesville and Joshua Windham of Cordele; his siblings, Harry Francis Knox, II (Mike Bozeman) of Quitman and Susannah Herzog (John) of Cordele; his nieces, Kelsey Herzog of Cordele, Molly Herzog of Cordele and Kayla Klatt of Cordele; his nephew Luke Herzog of Cordele; his sisters-in-law, Caron Windham of Cordele and Samantha Jackson of Pitts; and his parents-in-law, Bruce and Kathy Jackson of Pitts.
