It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Charles Chalk III of Cordele, Georgia, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 9, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ron Chalk (Jeanette) of Vienna, Richard Chalk (Lisa) of Vienna, John Chalk (Lisa) of Cairo and Chuck Chalk (Valentina) of Warner Robins; his grandchild Ashley Chalk of Tampa, FL; and his brother Mike McLean.
He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Chalk of Tampa, FL and Johnny Chalk of Tampa, FL; his stepmother Pat Chalk of Cordele; and his siblings, Vicki Smith of Vienna, Janet Wilburn (Charles) of Howard City, MI, Patty Vaughan of Cordele, Candy Hughes (Scotty Lewis) of Leary and Mark McLean.
