He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Staines and Pearly J. Staines. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Gail Kennedy (Harold), Danielle Carson (Cameron Courson), Ernest Joe Staines and Bruce Gilliam (Brittany Youngblood); his grandchildren, Linda Kennedy, Hannah Gilliam and Junior Gilliam; his daughter Kimberly (Bobby Graham); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Graham and Bobby Graham.
