Everett Adkins Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2022, at the age of 86, Everett Adkins (Cordele, Georgia), born in Arabi, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas Adkins and Ilene Gazaway Adkins; and his brother Harold Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Adkins of Cordele; his children, Keith Adkins (Stephanie Southwell) of Cordele and Melody Mendenhall (Bo) of Cordele; his grandchildren, Davis Adkins, Jordan Adkins (Ashley), Peyton Adkins, Holly Mendenhall and Brandon Mendenhall (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Jayden Mendenhall, Blake Mendenhall, Blakely Adkins and Yorkie; and his pet Sadie.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, masks are recommended and social distancing should be maintained.

The family suggests that donations be made to Third Street Baptist Church, 307 North Third Street, Cordele, GA 31015.
