Bowen; his daughter Tina (Wesley Rainey); his grandchildren, Wade Rainey of Cordele and Isabella Rainey of Cordele; his brother David (Joy Bowen) of Washington Crossing, PA; and his sister-in-law Sandra W. Bowen of Cordele, GA.. He is also survived by his grandchildren and uncle Pawpaw to his nieces and nephews.
