He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Miller Rambo, Jr. and Risa Turton Rambo of Cordele; his brothers, Miller Rambo (Cassandra) of Washington, GA and Benjamin Rambo (Becca) of Perry; and his niece Charlotte Rambo.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials be given to The Bedford School in Memory of David.
