He is survived by: his parents, Billy M. Nipper and Ann A. Nipper of Cordele; his sister Donna Welsh (Shawn); his niece Jessica Stuckey; and his nephews, Johnathan Stuckey and Zachary Welsh.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, seating is limited, masks are required, social distancing should be maintained.
