He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Williams and Gladys Lewis Turner; and his wife Mary Hutchinson Turner. He is survived by: his children, April Racine (Michael), Tony Heath (Tina) and Troy Heath; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Lamb; and his siblings, Carl W. Turner, Roy Turner (Annette), Jerry Turner (Alice), Gail Louis and Ellen McCadams. He is also survived by five grandchildren, six grandchildren.
