He was predeceased by: his parents, Casey Tyson and Frances Collins Tyson; his son Casey Brian Tyson of Cordele; and his brother Hance Clary Tyson. He is survived by: his wife Faye Yulaine Black Tyson of Cordele; his sons, Nathan Tyson of Cordele and Jason Tyson of Cordele; his sisters, Emily Tyson of Tifton and Kay Sutton (Dan) of Valdosta; his siblings-in-law, Margie Tyson of Cordele, Angela Cape (Jackie) of Albany and Melvin Black of Cordele; and his pets, Skippy, Jack, Ollie and Ruby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
