She was predeceased by: her parents, Parks Herrington and Ruth Hobbs Herrington; her brother Frank 'Bo Hog Herrington; and her great-nephew Brady Sinyard. She is survived by: her husband David Brogdon of Cordele; her children, Marilyn Brogdon (Angel Smith) of Cordele and Michael Brogdon (Carolyn) of Lilly; her siblings, Edward S. Herrington and Cyledia H. Mixon (Bobby) of Cordele; her grandchildren, Joshua Brogdon (Nevaeh Cobb) of Cordele, Tommy Mayo of Lilly and Nashae Mayo of Valdosta; and her great grandchildren, Michael Mayo, Morgan Mayo and Laila Rogers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
