With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Burton Grant of Cordele, Georgia, born in Vienna, Georgia, who passed away on December 18, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Samuel Burton and Bernice Mixon Burton; and her brother Roger Burton. She is survived by: her husband Lin Grant of Cordele; her children, Bill Grant (Lynn) of Cochran and Margaret Ann Dean (Larry) of Opelika; her siblings, Cecil Burton (Sandra) of Doerun and Nina Hall of Dublin; and her grandchildren, Morgan Brown, Courtney Stokes (Drew), Megan Bailey, Cole Grant, Matthew Butler, Andrew Butler and Jacob Grant. She is also survived by six great-granchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
