She is survived by: her children, Earl Wayne Buchanan (Benjamin Sims) and Kimberly Smith (Shane) of Macon; her siblings, Gary Hayslip (Dianne) of Cordele, Gail H Tomberlin of Cordele and Nell H. Mathews of Jacksonville, FL; and her grandchildren, Hannah Carroll, Colby Taylor and Makayla Harvel Smith.
