She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frankie Johnson and Cassie Stephens Johnson; her husbands, Harold Collins and Malloy Culpepper; and her siblings, Frankie Lee Phillips and Sue Crum.
She is survived by: her daughter Joy Collins Carter of Americus; her grandsons, Chad Carter, Harold Carter and Brent Carter; her brother-in-law Larry Collins (Ginny) of Vienna, Georgia.; and her stepson Stan Culpepper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
