She was predeceased by: her parents, Della Mae Tackette and Arthur Barnes; her husband Arnold Bernstein; her daughter Krista Davis; her granddaughter Shannon Adcock; and her sisters, Velda Phillips and Geneva Fitzwater.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amanda Miller, Michael Thomas Davis and Angela Adcock; and her great grandchildren, Kamron Miller, Connor Miller, Deven Adcock, Lillie Adcock and Ethan Adcock.
