She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Joseph Tillman, Sr. and Rosa Lee Harvey Tillman; her husbands, Clarence C. Harbin and Eric S. Bates; her siblings, Bernice Tillman Southerland, William Henry Tillman, Theron Harding Tillman, Marion Joseph Tillman, Jr., Homer Lee Tillman, Raliegh Max Tillman, Sr. and Earl Marvin Tillman; and her great grandchildren, Shepherd Stacy Summerlin and Cooper Harbin.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Stacy Harbin (Kaye), Clint Harbin (Cheryl) of Lakemont, Georgia, Alex Harbin (Holly) of Thomasville and Britt Harbin (Traci) of Lancaster; and her grandchildren, Hannah Brown (Tony), Amanda Wooton (Lewis), Seth Harbin (Katy), Mary-Blake Summerlin (Mark), Heather Culverhouse (Joe), Matthew Harbin, Stephen Harbin (Shay), Hunter Graves (Simon), Asa Harbin, Spencer Harbin, Reid Harbin, Kelsey Kennedy, Katie Harbin and Brice Harbin. She is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Laurel Hill Cemetery.
