She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Slade; her parents, Leonard Autrey and Florence Autrey; and her siblings, Beverly Autry, Buddy Autrey, Dejan, Katherine and Betty.

She is survived by: her son Russell; her daughter-in-law Patricia Slade; her daughter Tracey Slade; and her grandchildren, Phillip Lindeman, Nicholas Slade, Trent Brambilla and Tori Slade. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
