Lewis (Jennifer) of Acworth, GA; his mother-in-law Marian Collins of Palm Harbor, FL; his brother-in-law Brad Glassmyer of Manchester, PA; his aunts, Lovina Shavlik (Jerry) of Colfax, CA, Donna Nelson and Sharon Roberts; his brother-in-law Ed Fuller; and also Laura Lewis Eaves. He is also survived by many cousins and nieces and nephews.
