He was predeceased by: his parent William Francis; and his siblings, Billy, Jackie, Sammy, Donnie and Linda Copeland.
He is survived by: his parent Marion Louise Bishop Hay, Sr.; his wife Kathy Turner Hay; his sons-in-law, Tricia Corvin of Conyers, Adam Corvin of Conyers, Shannon Caldwell of Conyers, Matthew Caldwell of Conyers and Georgia Anna Hay of Conyers; his brother Marty Hay of Randleman, NC; his sisters-in-law, Ebbie Hay of Randleman, NC and Dianna Hay of Stockbridge; and his granddaughter Erica Corvin of Conyers.
