He was predeceased by: his wife Gretta Hutchens. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Cook and Jeffery Hutchens; his grandchildren, Sarah Hutchens, Ian Hutchens, Rachel Cook and Hannah Cook; and his great grandchild Avianna Ashline.
