She is survived by: her parents, Curtis Martin (Angel) and Barbara Ann Martin; her boyfriend Larry Sayles; her sons, Asante Nigel Martin, Naim Prince Sayles, Antonio Thompson, Andrea Thompson and Hakeem Sayles; and her mother-in-law Laverne Harper.
