It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Cook (Conyers, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on December 8, 2018, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Winford Hoy Cook, Sr.; and his stepfather John Denny Bailey. He is survived by: his mother Mary Cochran Bailey; his siblings, Tammy Widener (Ky), Augusta, Wayne Bailey, Conyers, Christine Skidmore and Stockbridge; his significant other Celease Bolt; and his children, Tony Bolt and Julie Bolt. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, dear friends.
