He was predeceased by: his parents, Pleas Ellington and Caner Ellington; his siblings, Mildred Cannon, Maggie Carman and Russell Ellington (Leila Faith Bradley Ellington); and his wife Leila Faith Bradley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Alice Carman, Kenneth Ellington (Pat) and Jackson Ellington (Sara); his siblings-in-law, Joe Bradley and Lynn Sanders; his sons, Sidney Scott Ellington (Cathy) and Brian Keith Ellington (Melita); his grandchildren, Lucas Ellington (Anna), Maggie Ellington and Corey Sims; and his great grandchildren, Ethen and Devlen Sims. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces.
