She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Neal and Lelia Neal. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Seldon (Alfonza), Phillip Martin IV, Kimberly Manns (Brian) and Nina Martin; her grandchildren, Daijah White, Devin White, Isaiah Clark, Elijah Martin, Phillip Martin V, Caden Lee, Landon and Teagan Manns; and her siblings, Glennie Ann Neal-Rosemond (Ronald), Wanda Jean Saunders, Cheryl Jennings, Carol Brooks, Rachel Neal (Rick), Roy Neal Jr. and Anthony "Tony" Neal (Valerie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
