With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelby J. Deerman of Conyers, Georgia, born in Centre, Alabama, who passed away on December 1, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Hunter and Jessie Lee Hunter; her husband John Hansel Deerman, Sr.; and her sons, Wayne Deerman and Tony Deerman.

She is survived by: her son John; her daughter-in-law Trina Deerman, Jr. of Conyers; and her sister Marlene Alvares. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
