He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Harris and Ruby Lee Usher Harris of Conyers, GA.. He is survived by: his wife Burnette Harris; his children, Sammy Harris, Jr. (Anna), Jeffery Harris Sandra Lisa (Daniella) and Joyce Patterson (Mary Ammons); his siblings, Calvin Harris (Gracie), Walter Harris, Johnnie Mae Presley (Marvin) and Lillie Mosley; his brother-in-law Willie J. Dodson (Lurlene); and his close friend Lucius Branch. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; 6 Great-Grandchildren.
