He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Vivian Homer; his brother Dennis A. Homer; his son Ronald L. Homer, Jr.; and his grandson Bryce T. Belcher.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Howell Homer; his daughters, Katie Homer Sharpe (Chris W. Sharpe) and Angela L. Nelson; his brother Robert Homer; his grandchildren, Luke W. Sharpe, Lanie C. Sharpe, Jeremy Jackson, Nicholas Walker, Michael Hudson, Michaela Hudson and Chase Nelson; and his nieces and nephews, Derick E. Homer and Gina C. Homer.
Due to Covid concerns services have been postponed to a later date to be announced.
