He is survived by: his wife Sandy Starkey; his sons, Tony Starkey (Cathi O'Mara) of North Vernon, Indiana and Scot; his daughter-in-law Alice Starkey of North Vernon, Indiana; his daughter Kerry; his son-in-law Steve Wisner of North Vernon, Indiana; his daughter Jill Dermer of Red Bluff, California; and his half-sister Kathleen Meyer of Commiskey, Indiana. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
