He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Steele and Beulah Hooker Steele. He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Bowles of Covington and Sandra Martin of Conyers, GA; his nephew Billy Martin (Kristi) of Covington, GA; and his nieces, Sandra Flock (John) of Hattiesburg, MS and Brandi Bowles of Covington.
