He is survived by: his wife Stacey Harper; his daughters, Bradie Harper and Morgan 'Mo Harper; his son-in-law Don Le; his granddaughter Aya Le; his mother Ruby Joyce Wheat Harper; his siblings, Mike Harper and Sherry Lackey; and his brother-in-law Randy Lackey.
