He is survived by: his children, Vicky (Tommy Martin), Randy (Phyllis Bond), Lynette (Jay Holland) and Melissa (David Rapier); his grandchildren, Brad, Kerri, Stephanie, TJ, Joseph, Bryan, Kimberly, Kyle and Austin; and his close friend Sue Blocher. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
