She was predeceased by: her father John E. Knowles of Bonaire. She is survived by: her children, Johnny F. Peterson III, Kimberly L. Rendle and Cassandra Kare; and her mother Linda Montague. She is also survived by (sister) and Jana Hutchinson (sister), ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
