He is survived by: his wife Alice Spain; his sons, Randy (Tori Spain) and Ricky Spain; his grandchildren, Krissany, Anthony, Garrett, Parker, Peyten, Leah and Kyler; and his great grandchildren, Eloise and Harlow.
