He was predeceased by: his father Charles J. Foster, Sr.; and his siblings, Jimmy McHugh and Tina Foster. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn M. Key; his children, Mandy McHugh and Weston Mosley; and his siblings, Vickie Leatherwood, Vivian Ward, Vada Ward, Kerri Garner and Charles J. Foster. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
