She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Hornsby; and her parents, Pomeroy Lowman and Pauline Lowman. She is survived by: her son Leonard Scott Hornsby (Pamela); her grandchildren, Jessica Shanks (Brendan), Nathaniel Hornsby and Erica Hornsby; her great grandchildren, Eric and Olivea Shanks; and her brothers, Keith Ray (Connie) and Gary Ray (Stacy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
