He is survived by: his parents, Paul Wesley Skinner, Sr. and Nancy Skinner; his children, Shasta Duren, Paul Skinner, III and Anna Finch; his siblings, Chris Skinner, Beth Duren and Joe Skinner; his grandchildren, Hunter Skinner, Sadie-Lynn Skinner, Anslee Finch, Madie-Rae Skinner, Walker Finch and Emmarie-Jane Skinner; and his girlfriend Cheryl Dowdy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
