She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Carter and Myrtle Carter; and her siblings, J. P. Carter, Jr. and Carol Everett. She is survived by: her husband Bill Rogers; and her children, Beth (Jim Andersen), Dr. Rebecca (Michael Prevost), Dr. Alice Rogers, Amy (Bowman Jordan) and Dr. Carter (Julie Rogers). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Covington First United Methodist Church (1113 Conyers St SW, Covington, GA 30014).
