He was predeceased by: his parents, Lilllie Ruby Allen and Bryant; and his grandmother Lelia Floyd Lucas. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberley Redwine-Garrett of Virginia and Maecee Smith of Florida; and his sisters, Lisa Hamm Roulhac and Roxanne Allen. He is also survived by aunts and an uncle.
