He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Godfrey and Fannie Godfrey; and his siblings, Claude Godfrey, Harold Godfrey, Carlton Godfrey, Ethel Toney and Edith Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Robbie Godfrey; his sister Myrtle Evans; his children, Randy Godfrey (Debbie) and Jennie Barr (Ryan); his grandchildren, Jacob Godfrey, Patrick Barr (Sarah), Sarah Weidlein (Kyle) and Savannah Barr; and his great grandchildren, Selah and Judah Barr.
