He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Victoria Samuel and Rehelio Alphonso Samuel; and his siblings, Sylvia Hoss and Joseph Samuel. He is survived by: his children, Nino Alphonso Samuel, Jr. and Iris Irene Samuel; his wife Tressie Samuel; and his siblings, Renita Samuel, Albert and Frederico Samuel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
