She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Sr and Nettie Smith, Sr.; and her brother Clark Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her nephew Kenny; and her niece Katherine. She is also survived by several great-nieces, nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews.
