He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Payne and Judy Payne; and his sisters, Julie Payne and Teresa Payne Hicks. He is survived by: his siblings, Lisa Payne Page (Johnny) of Loganville and Greg Payne of Conyers; his nieces and nephews, Jeremy (Carrie Page), Joshua (Emily Hicks), Marli Page, Courtney (Danny Sands), Hannah (Andy Hall) and Sarah Payne; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Wyatt, Holley, Aidan, Lilly, Asher, Zeke, Liam, Harper, Lydia, Noah, Jaxson, Haven and Layla; and also Linda Lanier.
